CHISWICK Restaurant

The unique venue is graced by its garden surroundings, providing not only a picturesque backdrop, but a genesis for fresh and seasonal produce.

Owners Moran and Sullivan are responsible for the fine-dining room Aria, a two-hatted destination in Circular Quay. The Chiswick is stained with a similar elegance, but taken down a notch by Moran's vehemence for growing food with integrity and respect. The Moran family property pays homage to his desire, by providing a green pastured homestead for the livestock served to order.

An integral member of the Chiswick is the wood-fired oven, which is responsible for dishes like the Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder. This simplistic dish is impeccably executed, served whole, on a bed of mint yoghurt and baby carrots. Another conspicuous dish is the Whole Roasted Rainbow Trout, accompanied by fresh baby leeks, dressed with garden herbs. We suggest leaving just enough room for a pot of tea and a piece of complimentary 'after dinner chocolate.'

The Chiswick will make you forget you came for brunch, turning the occasion into lunch.
